Rise of the Tomb Raider Concept Art – Pre-E3 Collection

E3 2015 is just around the corner and with the release of Rise of the Tomb Raider creeping ever closer, it’s only a matter of time before we’re treated to some new gameplay footage, screenshots, and possibly even a new trailer. June is going to be an exciting month to be a Tomb Raider fan.

For now, here’s a collection of all the Rise concept art that Crystal Dynamics has released to date. If you’re looking for screenshots, click here.

Concept Art – Game Informer (March 2015):

The following concept art was published as part of Game Informer’s special feature on Rise of the Tomb Raider earlier this year. These include a look inside Lara’s apartment (with her friend and former Endurance crewmate Jonah sitting in the foreground) and some icy vistas of Siberia, one of the key locations in the upcoming game.

Concept Art – Crystal Dynamics (February 2015 – Present):

The following concept art is property of Crystal Dynamics and this section will be updated to include any concept art released between now and E3 2015 (which takes place in mid-June).

Please note that while concept art can give us a better idea of what we can expect in the final game, there is no guarantee that everything seen on this page will make the final cut. The desert location, however, has already been confirmed to be in the game though its exact location remains a mystery; the general consensus amongst fans is that this may be Jordan or war-torn Syria. Update: Crystal Dynamics have now confirmed that this desert location is in fact in Syria.

Stay tuned for further updates and Rise concept art in the next few weeks. Exciting times lie ahead, Raider fans!
